Dollhouse Miniature in 1:12 Scale Handcrafted from Polymer Clay

Here's a miniaturized version of the typical Thanksgiving meal served at my house (turkey slices served alongside stuffing, cranberry sauce and green beans).

Materials used:

-FIMO and Sculpey brands of polymer clay
-Kato Liquid Polyclay
-Colored chalk pastels
-J.W.etc. Clear Varnish
-The ceramic plate was purchased from ebay

I'm absolutely in love with your work. Love I just don't get how you do it, the precision and detail that is required is crazy! the only thing that I don't like is the fact that they cant actually be eaten :D (Big Grin)

How about a Puerto Rican Christmas dinner? It would consist of roast suckling pig--lechon, an animal particularly cherished in PR--, yellow rice with beans, and other items such as banana pies, which are a mass of banana dough stuffed with white beans and meats such as chicken and pork, wrapped in banana leaves, and boiled in water with salt. There is also a P Rican way of fixing turkey, in which the bird is dressed as if it were suckling pork--pavochon--, with the result that you get a bird much more tasty than the usual Xmas turkey.
